Through the e-commerce platform Sendo, Lazada, Shopee, C-Thai Nguyen, VnPost, Voso, etc., more than 129 OCOP products of 132 enterprises and cooperatives are consumed effectively, reaching the maximum users within and outside the province. In addition, the Department also supports OCOP subjects to design packages, labels, lists, instructions for creating codes, listing barcodes, and calling for registration of exclusive brand protection. Thanks to the help of specialized agencies, some subjects are not afraid to invest money and time in developing promotional content, and at the same time set up payment systems by e-wallets, optimizing utilities and applications. . Therefore, in a short time, sales increased from 20 to 50%, of which revenue from online and e-commerce platforms accounted for 30%.

However, the reality shows that the scale of concentrated areas of key and safe products with VietGAP certification of Thai Nguyen is still low; the process of linking consumption and product processing revealed many problems. Agricultural production and trading activities are mainly fragmented according to the basic model, small business households. Most agricultural workers have not been trained, so their ability to access information technology is still weak.
